Icon board in linden, model R5, cradle, wedges, with gesso
The dimensions of the icon board are expressed in cm.
Wood thickness approx. 3 cm.
The wedges are made of beech wood, in the shape of dovetail wedges.
The boards is planed, sanded on two sides and gleaned, varnished on the back and on the side with anti-woodworm and anti-mold impregnating agent and water-based varnish in walnut color. Canvas glued on the table with rabbit glue, prepared with chalk and rabbit glue (80% Bologna, 20% Meudon) in several layers (about 10), sanded, ready to paint.
