Round tip travel brush in Vaio imitation synthetic yarn with brass handle with resealable capsule and nickel-plated brass ferrule.

The brushes designed with botanical watercolorist Silvia Molinari are ideal for watercolor and oil shading. The microporous and thin synthetic yarn guarantees a high hygroscopic level, i.e. a very high water absorbency capacity without release, unless previously laid on a surface. Silvia is a teacher of watercolor courses held throughout Italy, so she wanted a line of products that was easily transportable and suitable for plein air painting.

The gray handle is made of resin, highly durable and stable, suitable for immersion in water, does not deform, is heavier than classic wood and guarantees excellent balance. The brass capsule is very solid and has a large diameter to ensure an excellent grip and a steady hand for small lines on paper. The capsule is perforated at the end to allow air exchange and therefore drying of the brush once stored.

When closed, the brush is equipped with an identification number, to recognize its size without the need to open it. The travel brush with ferrule guarantees particular precision in details. Ideal for defining petals, leaves, lights, small sketches of people and objects. Its format makes it ideal for use on media such as notebooks, albums and carnet de voyage.
