Lemon yellow is a natural inorganic pigment.
Used in the 19th century, this pigment can be used in tempera and oil techniques.
Mineral pigment characterized by excellent chromatic properties and very high stability to heat and light. Usable in water, acrylic and vinyl resins, oil, lime.
In the presence of organic pigments it can take on green shades due to reactions that reduce it to chromic oxide.
Not recommended for use for fresco and encaustic.
